The 401(k) program allows ALL employees to set aside up to 50% ($15,500 maximum per year under age 50 or $20,500 maximum per year over age 50) of total compensation of pre-tax income per IRA regulations. There are several investment funds to choose from and participants can access information on their account 24 hours a day. CLARK matches a portion of each employee’s contribution. In order to participate in the plan, an employee needs to satisfy the required waiting period and be at least 18 years old.
*Part–time employees working less than 35 hours per week, on a regular basis, are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan and the Employee Assistance Program.
