The CLARK–paid Employee Assistance Program provides ALL employees and their household members with an outside confidential consultation and referral service. This program is available 24 hours a day at no cost to employees. These licensed professionals can counsel individuals or families with issues such as relationship difficulties, stress, conflicts at work, alcoholism, drug abuse, mental health issues, and more. Referrals are available for financial and legal concerns as well.

*Part–time employees working less than 35 hours per week, on a regular basis, are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan and the Employee Assistance Program.
