Employees are offered a range of medical coverage options. There are two PPO plans available in all areas. In California, Colorado and Maryland an additional HMO option is also available. All medical plans include prescription coverage. This is a subsidized plan where CLARK Security Products (CLARK) and our employees share premium costs.

For employees who have medical coverage outside of CLARK, there is a program that provides a set cash sum to help offset medical premiums, which is distributed at the end of the year.
